Description This respected and long-standing Marine Services Company is selling 2 Jack-Up Barges used to service the oil patch in South Louisiana. Barges are typically used to service commercial and military customers in the Gulf of Mexico, but can be used for a variety of marine services including but not limited to servicing bridges, drilling platforms, offshore wind turbines, and heavy civil construction projects. Both barges have been surveyed and appraised for a fair market value. Sale includes a 75 series lift boat that sleeps 4 plus 2 crew members with an open deck of 20 feet x 30 feet and a 43,000 lb. deck load. This barge was appraised at $850,000. The second barge is a 75 series lift boat that sleeps 6 plus 2 crew members with an open deck measuring 20 feet x 47 feet and a deck load of 50,000 lbs. This barge was appraised at $1,200,000. Both barges are available at a combined price of $1,100,000.
Barges are currently located in South Louisiana, but can be relocated anywhere they would be needed for marine service. Both are in good condition and updated with all new equipment. This is a significantly good deal for a business already in the industry looking to increase its capacity to service clients. An acquisition of these barges could lead to increased revenue due to increased customer reach.
Seller has other business interests and is highly motivated to sell these 2 Jack-Up barges. Seller is open to substantive offers and will seriously consider and promptly respond to all reasonable offers. More in-depth information as well as survey reports are available upon request. Please contact us for more information. Hurry, these barges will not last long!
