This is an independent CPA firm that is housed and co-habitates with an insurance agency in the Sacramento area. Because of the relative sticky nature of taxes and insurance, the Seller has often discounted the tax preparation fees upwards of 25% in order to secure the insurance service portion of the revenue from each client.
